Along with his two songwriting partners, Holland & Holland, Lamont Dozier was one of the creators of the Motown sound. Together they wrote hits for Martha & The Vandellas, The Supremes, The Four Tops and the Isley Brothers, but in this collection Dozier reclaims the songs of his youth.
