Music Show veterans George Telek and David Bridie join us to discuss their latest outing: A Bit Na Ta – an album released last year in conjunction with an art installation of the same name. Both the installation and album document and explore the musical and lived culture of the Tolai people, who live in East New Britain, a province in North East Papua New Guinea. George, a Tolai man, and David, his longtime collaborator, will take us through the genesis of this work of art, tell us about the beautiful and wild place that inspired it and explain why the world should listen.
