Description
Django Django, are back with a whole lot more of the supreme quirkiness they are known and loved for, on Born Under Saturn. It’s been three years since the release of their self titled, debut album and although much has changed for the London based quartet in that time, thankfully the essence of their sound remains intact. They have, however enhanced that electro-folk significantly on Born Under Saturn; partly due to the fact they can now afford to upgrade the equipment from the £50 microphone they used in their bedroom studio on the first release, but also because they made a conscious decision to push themselves further in the song-writing department this time around. If you revelled in their first album you are going to love Born Under Saturn. If you are yet to indulge in Django Django, just think of them as the musical equivalent of your favourite Sara Lee dessert and dive right into those mesmerizing audible layers and enjoy.
